H Tess Parks είναι απο τον Καναδά και της αρέσουν πολύ μπάντες όπως  Jesus and Mary Chain, My Bloody Valentine, το οποίο είναι εμφανές όταν ακούς τις μουσικές της.

Χαρακτιρίζει τον δίσκο της που θα κυκλοφορίσει μέσα τις επόμενες μέρες ως "scuzzy, downbeat psychedelia (think Mazzy Star crossed with The Brian Jonestown Massacre).

Νωρίτερα,στις αρχές του 2013 κυκλοφόρησε το self-funded EP Work All Day/Up All Night,το οποίο ηχογραφήθηκε στον Καναδά και μπορείτε να το αποκτήσετε και εσείς δωρεάν μέσω του Bandcamp.


 
 Όπως είπαμε το debut record της, Blood Hot, κυκλοφορεί στις 18 Νοεμβρίου 2013 και εμείς ακούμε και βλέπουμε το 1ο single της "Somedays".
